The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Pay Requests – The following pay requests will be submitted for approval at the October 5th Board of
Education meeting.
Wake Robin (Elevator, O’Keefe)           $7,187.00
Logan MS Wall Panel (Rife)                  $8,829.40
Logan MS Elevator (O’Keefe)                $8,352.40

Logan Fontenelle and Wake Robin Elevator – O’Keefe Elevator has completed the upgrade work on the
elevators at Logan Fontenelle and Wake Robin. The state inspector has given the final approval on the
project.

Bellevue West Elevator – Mr. Gladbach reported that KONE Elevator and Trophy Construction have
completed the upgrades to the Bellevue West elevator. The final inspection has been scheduled with the
state elevator inspector. There is still work to be completed on the fire alarm that will deferred until next
year per the Fire Marshal. Also, the Fire Marshal gave the approval for students to use the elevator with the
stipulation a teacher must be present in case of an emergency.

Bellevue West Partial Roof Project – 10 Men Roofing has completed the partial roof replacement at
Bellevue West and is working on the final punch list. The final inspection by the roof manufacture has also
been completed with the inspection report being sent to the contractor to complete items for the warranty.

Bellevue West Roof Piping –Mr. Gladbach shared the piping work has been completed by Grunwald
Mechanical on the roof at Bellevue West. Once the roof condensers were reconnected, it was discovered
that one of them was not working. The contractor is working with BPS maintenance to get the condenser
functioning again.

Logan Fontenelle HVAC Project – Ray Martin has completed the HVAC project at Logan Fontenelle.
The contractor is working on the punch list so the final closeout can be submitted for the project.

Logan Fontenelle Fire/Sprinkler – The fire/sprinkler system has been completed at Logan Fontenelle and
is fully functioning. The contractor is in the process of scheduling an inspection with the Fire Marshal to
get the final approval and certification.

Logan Fontenelle Wall Panels – The wall panel project at Logan Fontenelle has been completed.
Two Springs HVAC and Life/Safety – The mechanical work, fire/sprinkler system, and wet system at
Two Springs are completed. The project is waiting for the final inspection.

CTE Building – The project on the automotive area was completed and is fully functioning for students.
There were a few minor issues with the mechanical unit, which the contractor did troubleshooting and fixed
the issue.

Bellevue East Security/Check-in Office – Trophy Construction has finished the new office at Bellevue
East. Prime Communications and ECC are working on finishing the communications and security for the
office.

Bellevue West Auditorium – Several meetings have taken place with the district and the Bellevue West
administration for the auditorium project. Also, discussion continue with the staff/teachers on what the
needs are in the auditorium for the programs. There are three plan options that will be presented to small
groups that will include Board members for their feedback. Then preliminary construction costs for those
options will be obtained. Once all the information is gathered, it will be presented to the Bond Oversight
Committee.

Rebates – Mr. Gladbach shared that Lamp Rynearson continues to work on the application through the
NDEQ for the rubber rebates on the two high school tracks, along with the track at Lewis and Clark. Also,
Mr. Gladbach will follow up with AES on the lighting rebates through OPPD.

2021 Projects – Discussions have begun on the roof projects that are scheduled for 2021, which would
include Mission, CHAP, Avery, Bellevue East and Bellevue West. The two high schools were identified in
the roofing study as high need.

LeMay Gym Roof – Greg Boettger, Director of Facilities and Technology shared the roof area over the
gym at LeMay is in need of being replaced. It has begun leaking water into the gym. The district will hold
a bid opening on September 30th for the project. The bids will be shared with the Committee, prior to
presenting the information at the October Board meeting for approval.

The Committee adjourned the meeting at 6:05 p.m. The next meeting date on October 15th at 5:30 p.m. will
be held via Zoom.
