The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Pay Requests – At this time there will not be any pay requests submitted for the April 5th Board
of Education meeting.

Mr. Gladbach met with Ray Martin Co. regarding closing out five projects and submitting the pay
requests. The contractor anticipates this to take place by the end of March.

Bellevue West Gym HVAC Project – Mr. Gladbach reported with students on spring break
beginning March 15th, work began on the Bellevue West HVAC project. The existing roof top
units have been disconnected and removed, with the new units being installed. There was an issue
with the floor decking under the units, but Ray Martin Co. was able to resolve the issue. The
curbing and flashing around the units should be complete by March 19th. Technicians will continue
the installation and connections over the next few weeks. The work is anticipated to be complete
by April 5th.

Bellevue West Auditorium – At the March 8th Board meeting it was approved for GP Architecture
to create the RFP and solicit bids for the auditorium at Bellevue West. Mr. Gladbach shared he
has met with the different consultants to continue the design development. Plans are anticipated to
be complete by May with the finalized plans being presented to the Board for approval at the June
Board meeting. Mr. Gladbach will share the preliminary plans with the Bond Oversight
Committee as they are received. Also, Mr. Gladbach met with a representative from Lueder
Construction to discuss the phasing aspect with anticipated start of the work to begin June, 2021
with completion approximately August, 2022.

2021 Roof Projects –
Mr. Gladbach shared pre-construction meeting will be scheduled with the contractors and building
administration to coordinate the roofing projects. Work is anticipated to begin May 26th after
students are released for summer break.

CHAP HVAC – At the March 8th Board meeting the bid from Ray Martin Co. was approved for
the replacement of the HVAC system at CHAP to a VRF system. Mr. Gladbach is waiting to hear
back from the contractor on the delivery of the equipment. Work on the project will begin May
26th, with preliminary work taking place the week prior with minimal impact to students.

CTE Building – The district continues to have discussion on the possible start of phase 2 of the
CTE building remodel and programs that would begin for the 2021 school year. The district has
decided to modify a portion of the office space into classrooms temporarily to support those
programs. Once bids are received back from the Bellevue West auditorium project, this will give
the district an idea of how much funding will then be available to finalize phase 2.

Safety/Security – There were not any updates for Technology.

Transportation – There were not any updates for Transportation.

Rebates – There were not any updates on rebates.

The Committee adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m. The next meeting is April 15th at 5:30 p.m. and
will be held via Zoom.
